I reached out over email and the replies were really slow. It didn’t feel very helpful, and the whole experience seemed preventable with better follow-up.

The person on the phone listened to what was going on, asked a couple of questions to make sure they understood, and then walked me through what needed to be done. It was fixed during the call, so I didn’t have to call back or figure it out on my own later. Overall, it was a simple but really good experience.
